Find out who their parents are/where they live and speak directly to the parents about it. Once they know about it, they can handle it from there. If that doesn’t work, speak to the managerial staff about the disruptions and ask them to take care of it.

you need to talk to these kid’s parents, because they are doing some wrong, by taking things from your porch and leaning on the dish. just talk to the kids parents and talk to the owner of the condo’s and hopefully this will be settled, but to remember kids are kids and some don’t have the parents they should

You can probably do something about them taking your things and bothering your dish, but as far as the rest is concerned, it’s a public or shared lawn, so it’s doubtful you will be able to stop them from playing there.
I’ve found it’s better to make friends with my annoying neighbor kids than to make enemies out of them. They seem to respect people that respect them. Don’t know if it will work in your case, but it might be worth a try………

You say that you live in the condo, but it isn’t clear if you own it or rent it. If you rent it, then you should complain to the condo owner, since s/he is part of the condo association and pays due, etc. Also as a landlord, they are required to provide you with housing per your lease terms, ie, the covenant of quiet enjoyment. Failure to do so may be grounds for rent withholding. There are proper (ie legal) ways to withhold rent, so hopefully, you won’t need to explore that option.
If you own the condo, then you as the condo owner have a right to make a formal complaint to the condo association. Although your specific situation applies just to you, there should be ways to handle these problems for everyone in the condo. It may be worth having this discussion with the owners of the other condos, and setting forth a policy, if one is not already in place. Usually there are already rules, ie, stipulating the rules to quiet times, or pets, or kids, or recklessness.
The space used for your back patio is likely considered ‘yours’ (ie your condo’s), even if technically belongs to the condo’s public property. You claim it, take care of it, maintain it, keep it clean, etc. Usually that could make an argument in your favor.
I would not say anything more to the kids. I would deal with their parents/guardians, who appear to not be available, for whatever reason. Thus, they find it acceptable to allow their kids to roam like cattle til sundown. Well, you can do that on private property out in the country, but you cannot do that in a shared living situation. Why pay your condo dues if you are not getting what you pay for, which includes the use of the back patio? In addition, it is not unreasonable to leave your water cooler there, and expecting it to be left alone.
These kids are bullies, and their parents are too busy to be bothered. I’d start bothering them. Make it clear you are not kidding around, and if they don’t stop, you’re calling a lawyer. Most of these things are settled internally before it comes to that. But it’s worth saying it, so that they know you mean business.

I read that people suggested to contact parents or your condo association. If you have tried that and it did not work this is what another person did that I know. They took a plant pot and planted poison ivy (I would put this next to your satelitte dish) They also put a sign on it telling children to stay away or they would get poison Ivy. Good Luck

Unfortunately some people seem to think their screaming kids or barking dogs are music to every ones ears. I have neighbors like this and call the cops on them regularly. I will not suffer in silence.
