Annoying Co-workers - Your story?

e_cook2000 asked:

He olvidado mencionar, dice "Usted sabe" cualquier otra palabra y me sigue llamando "joven" ugh ¡Odio eso!

I sympathize. All that personal information should be on a strictly “need to know basis” and we certainly do not need to know!!!!

Three weeks ago I had a hysterectomy due to medical problems. I need to have six weeks away from work. My work colleague, who works Monday 9am-3pm and Wednesday 9am-3pm, has bothered me twice about returning to work early if I am bored. The first time I was home from hospital one week. She told me on the second occassion we spoke that she was stressed because her husband had a viral illness and had been vomiting. I am incensed that I am expected to go to work and jepodise my recovery and feel bothered and upset by this woman. If I was working and my partner was ill he would deal with it until I finnished my rostered shift, just like I would for him and I most certainly would not be bothering a work colleague recovering from major surgery.

You co-worker sounds like mine except mine talks about her child to her husband all the time. I constantly hear about vomit and poopy diapers. Exactly what I want to hear every morning as I start my day. She doesn’t realize she has a loud voice. I shut my door and turn on the radio. It helps sometimes.

Ok, I think I have you all beat. I work in an office with a 61 year old man. Every time he belches he makes it sound like “yeah boy”. So instead of a loud belch, which would be bad enough, we get an obnoxious “yeah boy” belch.
