How can I benefit from high gas price?

I hate to benefit from people (including myself)’s pain. But we all have to learn to adapt this new high gas price environment. Right now, I am postponing to purchase a house. Because high gas price is going to hinder common people’s ability to buy a house, so house price will go down further. In terms of house, I am benefiting from high oil price. What else can you think of?
